Bosscher Lawyers Appear on Stay Application

Bosscher Lawyers are acting for Vietnamese-Australian Tam Minh Danga who is at the centre of alleged importation of 58kg of heroin – worth an estimated $15 million.

Dang, in company with others was arrested during a surveillance operation by Australian Federal Police that discovered 78 packages each containing 750g of heroin hidden within the bottom of two wooden church altars, shipped to Australia from Vietnam, in October last year.

Mr Dang, was granted bail by Brisbane Supreme Court judge Dean Dalton on Monday morning, of which the Prosecution are now appealing.
