Queensland Teenager Will Stay in Syria
The Queensland teenager that was subject to media reports that he was implicated with a terrorist organisation in Syria, has advised that he will not be returning to Australia in the short-term.
Oliver Bridgeman has denied claims he travelled to the country to engage with any terrorist organisation or rebel group and was recently filmed working in a refugee camp.
His parents have since engaged Bosscher Lawyers to provide advice when Mr Bridgeman decides to return home.
Mr Jones said investigations had been conducted into Mr Bridgeman’s online activities and there was no evidence to suggest he was involved in anything illegal.
